How to Upgrade or Cancel Your TrustyFans Pro Subscription

TrustyFans uses Stripe to securely manage all payments and subscriptions. Whether you're switching from Pro to Basic, changing your billing cycle, or canceling altogether, you can manage it easily through your account.

Here’s how to make changes and what each action means for your subscription.

Where to Manage Your Plan

To view, upgrade, or downgrade your plan:

Log in to your Creator account
Go to the My Creator Plan tab
Select the plan you want:
- Basic (Free)
- Pro Yearly
- Pro Monthly

Follow the prompts - your subscription changes will be processed through Stripe.

How to Upgrade Your Plan

To upgrade from Basic to Pro:

Choose either Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly
You’ll be redirected to Stripe to complete the secure checkout
Once payment is confirmed, your account will be upgraded immediately, and Pro features will be available right away

You’ll be billed based on the plan you select, and your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled.

What Will Appear on Your Bank Statement?

All TrustyFans subscriptions and transactions are processed through Stripe. On your bank or credit card statement, charges may appear as:

NextGen Web, LLC (our parent company)

Both are legitimate and reflect your subscription with us. If you ever have questions about a charge, contact us directly and we’ll be happy to verify it.

How to Downgrade to Basic

To cancel your Pro subscription and return to the free Basic plan:

Go to My Creator Plan
Click the Downgrade to Basic option
Stripe will cancel your future billing, but you’ll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle

What Happens Next?

Pro Monthly subscribers: You keep Pro features until your current month ends
Pro Yearly subscribers: You keep Pro features until the end of your paid year
After that, your profile will automatically switch to Basic, and any Pro-only features (like advanced filters, multiple links, or Verified Badge) will be removed

Switching Between Monthly and Yearly Pro Plans

If you’re already a Pro subscriber and want to switch from Monthly to Yearly (or vice versa):

Visit My Creator Plan
Select the plan you want to switch to
Stripe will begin your new billing cycle once your current plan ends — you won’t be double charged

All Payments and Billing Are Handled by Stripe

TrustyFans does not store or process your payment info - all transactions and subscriptions are handled through Stripe, a secure third-party provider.

For issues with billing, expired cards, or receipts, log into your Stripe customer portal using the link sent during checkout, or contact TrustyFans Support and we’ll attempt you get access.
